You can delete your Last Call account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is removed, and what we are legally required to keep.
Delete your account from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Last Call app:
- Open the Last Call app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the request when prompted.
Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently deleted as described below.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your account to privacy@lastcalldeliveryapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and process your request. No app login is required.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal information, including:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your profile and account credentials
- Saved delivery addresses
- Saved payment methods
- Identity-verification photos and date of birth
- Favorites, cart, saved templates, and app preferences
- Messages and support conversations tied to your account
What we are required to retain
Because Last Call facilitates the sale of alcohol, certain records must be retained to comply with tax, accounting, and alcohol beverage control laws — even after your account is deleted. These may include transaction and order records and age/identity verification records required for regulated alcohol sales. We keep this information only for as long as the law requires, store it securely, and do not use it for any other purpose. Once the required retention period ends, it is deleted.
How long it takes
In-app deletions deactivate your account immediately. Whether you delete in the app or by email, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except for the limited records we are legally required to retain.
